There were riots in Chicago last night because officers returned fire after a SUSPECT shot at them and attempted to kill them. Can anyone fill us in on why that merits violence, looting, etc? Are our officers now expected to be shot and killed in order to appease the unquenched thirst of the mob? The lawlessness MUST STOP!
