BLUE ALERT SIGNED INTO LAW!
The Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu National Blue Alert Act of 2015 was passed “To encourage, enhance, and integrate Blue Alert plans throughout the United States in order to disseminate information when a law enforcement officer is seriously injured or killed in the line of duty.”
The ISPA began the process to pass this in Iowa and today ISPA Board Members were present when Governor Reynolds signed it into law.
